On this 8th March, International Women’s Day, Roger A. KACOU, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire to the Republic of Austria and International Organizations accredited in Vienna, wishes to honour the women, members of the staff of the Embassy of Côte d’Ivoire in Austria.

After reading the following text:

“There are homes which exist because a woman has a salary.
There are homes who hold because a woman is supporting all the household incomes.
There are homes which exist because a woman has sacrificed her happiness just to see her children grow.
There are homes which exist because a woman has decided to obey her parents.
There are homes which exist because a woman wants to stay with the love of her life.
There are homes which exist because a woman has decided to hide the impotence of her husband.
There are homes which exist because a woman doesn’t know where to go.
In brief, what would be the world without women?

You are the salt of the life.
You are the compass of our homes.
You are the nurturing mother.
You are simply the life.

To all those women who suffer in any way in life, remember that God has a plan for each life he creates.
You are all rare pearls, God bless again and again all women.”

He symbolically offers a white rose, sign of respect, elegance, and refinement, before inviting them for a small snack.
